Weekends, like school holidays, can often be nothing short of a nightmare – juggling never ending boredom with adequate exercise, allowing the kids some TV time, trying to pry them from their technology, and still making sure they are happy and enjoying themselves.

We absolutely love these rules that we found on Mum’s Pantry. It’s a brilliant way of regulating technology. Print it out and stick it on your fridge!
