The Best Showbags For Kids This Easter

Whilst kiddies may love the cute baby animals in the petting zoos, the thrilling rides and the delicious carnival food, there’s always one part of the Easter show that causes that extra squeal of excitement….showbags.
The crew at Westmead Children’s Hospital and the Royal Far West were asked to test the Royal Easter Show’s whopping 381 bags on sale this year, so we took a little advice from them.

In 2017, there are 50 new showbags starting from just $2, with more than 130 available for under $10.

Peppa Pig

The kids ranked the two Peppa Pig bags amongst the 10 best showbags for 2017: The Peppa Pig George ($28), and the classic Peppa Pig ($28). Some of the goodies inside the bags include a Peppa Pig backpack, a Peppa Pig tea set, a drink bottle, a hat, an umbrella, a headband, and ice cream set, a bucket and spade, a place mat and coaster stickers, and so much more.

 

Other Bags In The Top 10

The children also rated the Trolls Bag ($30), Halo bag ($26), Mister Maker bag ($26), Doctor Who bag ($26), Paw Patrol Skye bag ($28), the Spirit State Health and Fitness Pack bag ($26), the Freddo bag ($6), the Little Miss – Miss Naughty bag ($10), and the Skylanders Swapforce ($10) in the Top 1o bags for 2017. The Trolls bag includes a backpack, purse and your choice of soft toys. The Mister Maker bag is pretty much an arts and crafts studio in-a-bag including glitter glue, scissors, pom poms, markers and lots more.

 

Old Favourites & Bargain Bags

You’ll still be able to get all the old favourites including Bertie Beetle (the gold bag $3 was ranked in the top 5 under $10), the Wonka Bag- the big Wonka bag has pretty much all the confectionary favourites, the Cadbury Dairy milk (just $6, and ranked in the top 5 under $10), the Pre-school bag($10, and ranked in the top 5 under $10), the Shapes bag ($10, and rated in the top 5 under $10) and the Diego bag ($10, and ranked in the top 5 under $10).
