Frosé- it has been a Sydney-siders’ Summer drink of choice. Despite the torrential rain lashing the east coast this week, don’t be fooled, we might just get a few more days and weeks of sunshine before Autumn truly kicks in. Have one last farewell-to-Summer drink with a glass of Frosé, in one of Sydney’s best Frosé venues.

1. Kensington Street Social, Chippendale

The menu at Kensington Street Social is seriously exquisite, the cocktail menu in particular- other stand-outs include the super original Vegemitini (yep, it’s vegemite flavoured) and the Cereal Killer (with “Fruit-looped” milk). A squeeze of lemon juice and drop of watermelon juice gives this Frosé its unique flavour.

2. Watson’s Bay Boutique Hotel

Nothing pairs with seafood and seaside views better than a chilled glass of Frosé. Frosé is on the Watsons Bay menu for just $10 made with Tropez rosè and strawberry granita, served straight from a slushie machine. You might also wish to try the appealing sounding Rosé Sangria- “Rosé Wine, Licor 43 & Lemonade mixed with fresh summer fruits”.

3. The Port, Darling Harbour

Overlooking Darling Harbour + a glass of Frosé in hand = très chic. The Port’s twist on this cocktail is a mix of Cake rosé, sweet vermouth and strawberry puree, served straight from a slushie machine- so you won’t have to wait long. Garnished with mint this pretty baby will cost you $15.

It’s nearly that time of the week, Frosé Fridays. $10 Frosé is the perfect start to any after work drinks. #ThePortDarlingHarbour

4. Manly Wine

Just as with all good glasses of Frosé, Manly Wine’s creation is best served with fresher than fresh seafood. Their cocktail is a darker pink than most others you’ll find because of the extra strawberry twist they put on it, and it costs $12, only $10 on Fridays. Make this the week for Frosé Friday!

5. Pelicano, Double Bay

Pelicano really got on the Frosé bandwagon, opening a Frosé terrace during Summer! These pale pink icy winners are garnished with a few pretty petals, so a shot for Instagram is necessary. Served with a super cute red and white striped straw.
