Darling Harbour really does have something for everyone – especially your littlies! Have a dream day out with your tiny tots this Autumn at one of these exciting but age appropriate activities in one of Sydney’s most iconic locations.

1. Wonders Of The Water

Don’t miss the opportunity to dive into the Australian National Maritime Museum for hours of entertainment for both adults and kids. With fascinating artefacts, lively exhibitions and the opportunity to climb aboard real warships and submarines, you and your toddlers will be captivated. The Mini Mariners events are perfect for 2-5 year olds who love to immerse themselves in singing, dancing, crafts and exploration.

The Darling Harbour Children’s Playground is one of Sydney’s best. For a heap of giggles, take your toddlers here to play water games with in-built water pumps and buckets, climbing ropes, swings, slides, and a 21 metre flying fox. It’s one of the most epic and innovative playground experiences ever!

4. Old-Fashioned Carnival Fun

Full of history and still going strong, the Carousel at Darling Harbour will delight the young and old alike. Located at Palm Grove near the Sydney Visitor Centre, it’s the second oldest surviving carousel in Australia, driven by a steam engine made in 1892. Let toddlers have a little bit of history with their next laugh.
