Don't be upsetti! Eat some spaghetti - and wash it down with a Spritz at Surry Hills' hot new food joint Mark & Vinny's. This is no ordinary pasta place.
Co-owners Mark Filippelli and Vince Pizzinga are the brains behind the renowned vegan 'egg' and blue algae latte at Melbourne's Matcha Mylkbar, with their creativity continuing through to their new Sydney joint.

The Blue Spirulina Tagliatelle with blue swimmer crab.
And of course the mandatory vegan egg made from sweet potato. Atop of charcoal pasta with smoked mushroom 'pancetta.'
Prefer you pasta red? Try the Beetroot Spaghettini with cashew 'creme fraiche' - a vegan's dream come true.
And with a drinks menu dedicated to Spritz, choose from one of the classics, a virgin if you're driving, or a DYI: Pick your aperitif, your sparkling and your soda (Bush Tonic, Myrtle Soda, or fresh OJ).
