Eastern Creek Quarter's New Retail Outlet

Opening on 25 March 2026, ECQ Outlet will be located within the already buzzing Eastern Creek Quarter precinct and will house up to 100 top brands in a sprawling outlet retail concept. 

The plans include a mix of trendy cafes, chic restaurants, and entertainment and leisure activities to keep you coming back. An outdoor entertainment hub will link all three stages, creating the social epicentre of ECQ Outlet, with community spaces, family-friendly amenities, and a robust food and drink scene that caters to everyone.

Spanning approximately 29,000 square metres, ECQ Outlet is designed by the brilliant minds at I2C and Hames Sharley. It's designed to offer a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience, with ample parking for approximately 1,170 cars. Beyond shopping, there will be plenty of spots to grab a bite, catch up with friends, and unwind in style.

Opening hours: While final hours may vary slightly by store, ECQ Outlet is expected to operate roughly:
Monday to Wednesday from 10 am to 6 pm
Thursday to Friday from 10 am to 9 pm
Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm
Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm

Is there free parking? Yes, free parking is available at Eastern Creek Quarter for under 3 hours. For more than 3 hours, you'll be charged $10, with an additional $5 for each half hour.

The centre offers extensive open-air parking areas, making it easy for families and shoppers to visit without worrying about parking fees.

Are pets allowed? Yes, ECQ is generally pet-friendly in outdoor areas. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are typically welcome in open spaces, though individual store policies may vary.
