Totally delicious and totally 'grammable, the pancakes at Miss Jones are so fancy (and couldn't look more delicious if they tried!) they're not even called pancakes they're called Bounty Hotcakes. The epic Bounty Hotcakes come in several flavours combos including salted chocolate, vanilla coconut curd, and winter fruits - yum!

2. The Jam Pantry

The Jam Pantry is a southside favourite with a range of fancy-pants pancakes in Brisbane that change with the seasons. Recent highlights include lemon thyme batter, strawberry and apple jam, nutmeg crème and oat crumble. Or how about sourdough and lemon zest batter with mango, sweet pickled watermelon and peach and strawberry dollop? An oldie but a goodie, The Pancake Manor has been serving up fun pancake treats – both sweet and savoury – since our parents were wee tackers! And they’re still magnificent. They’ve got a zillion different variations on the simple pancake – plus they cater for gluten-free and vegan requirements.
