This September, Feast for the Senses is bringing their 'gastrophysic' multi-sensory event combing theatrical food, technology and performance to North Sydney.

Feast for the Senses is bringing their 'gastrophysic' food festival to North Sydney

Over two weekends on both Friday and Saturday nights (2 - 3 September and 9 - 10 September), three immersive sensory zones will pop up in North Sydney's Greenwood Plaza. They will incorporate avant-garde food, layered technology, and live performances to create a brand new 'gastrophysic' experience.

The best part? ENTRY IS FREE

Try the hot Cookie Dough Toastie topped with ice-cold gelato.

Take a trip to the frozen wonderland of Sub Zero or live out your dream of being an astronaut in Once Upon a Time.

Pop-up stalls and kiosks will offer themed food and drinks and multi-sensory elements such as scented fogs, scented lighting, and live performances.

In Sub Zero, sample Chef Nelly Robinson's chicken with buttermilk snow chilli mayonnaise and a hellfire mojito mocktail.

Challange all of your senses!

Enjoy a blueberry vanilla dry tai while eating a UFO burger or Saturn Dog in Space.

Alternatively, try Lady and the Tramp's spaghetti and meatballs or Peter Pan's Gold, golden roast pork belly croquettes and aioli paired with a blackberry sour mocktail.

Sweet tooths can get a sugar rush with Nelly Robinson's famous "Melted Olaf", carrot cake with mango and yoghurt, or with the hot Cookie Dough Toastie topped with ice-cold gelato.

For the wanna-be astronauts out there, you can also try freeze-dried ice cream bars, exactly like the ones they eat in space.

We're already drooling.

To make the most of the event, it is recommended that you buy food and drink tokens in advance at the Feast For The Sense website.
