On 23 and 24 September, St Ives Showground will be transformed into a world of grand tournaments, lavish food, and brave knights for the Medieval Faire 2017.
We call on loyal subjects of all ages to visit and explore this captivating experience. Immerse yourself in the Medieval Village, savour traditional fare at the Tilt & Counter Tavern, stroll through the market stalls of authentic artisans, and witness knights vying for glory in grand tournaments. Whatever your fancy, you’ll find sights, sounds and experiences to delight, enchant and amaze at the St Ives Medieval Faire.
The best medieval entertainment Australia has to offer. See the Viking battle, crusader tournament and knightly deed of arms wow the crowds with displays of courage and valour. The mighty trebuchet catapult flings watermelons across a field to explode on impact. Full Flight Birds of Prey Centre demonstrate hawking with their trained birds while the whistle of warbow arrows and the fire and smoke of muskets and cannon fill the air
