As if their chocolate fondue wasn't enough, now the Swissôtel have taken things to the next level with a Chocolate High Tea and Masterclass in celebration of World Chocolate Day (yes it's a thing and we won't dispute it!).
World Chocolate Day occurs on 7 July 2019 and the culinary team at Swissôtel Sydney is putting together an afternoon event where budding chocolatiers will learn all about the decadent ingredient, its origins and the process that turns the cacao fruit into the chocolate we all love. They will also try their hand at series of techniques such as hand rolling, moulding, piping and coating as well as decorating their own chocolate truffles.

For those preferring to keep their hands clean, diners can sit back and indulge in a full chocolate-themed buffet high tea including the ever popular chocolate fountain with the works.
