The popular Nicholson Street Public School Halloween Festival is back again in 2025! Get ready for a frightfully fun family day out in Balmain East with live music, games, food, a Haunted House and more spooky surprises!

For more than 35 years, Nicholson Street Public School in Balmain East has been bringing thrills and chills to Sydney’s Inner West with its much-loved annual Halloween Festival.

Returning on Saturday 25 October from 1 pm to 6 pm, this year’s event promises a fang-tastic afternoon packed with entertainment, games and spooky fun for all ages.

This spooktacular family day out is a full-blown Halloween extravaganza! Step into the Wizarding World, brave the Haunted House, escape the Maze, or plummet down the Giant Drop inflatable slide. Feeling creative? Mix up your own magical potion and show off your eerie ensemble for the best-dressed prizes. Kids, parents, and ghouls of all kinds can expect endless laughs, plenty of screams (the good kind!), and heaps of delicious food and treats to keep energy levels high.
