Indoor Water Play, Swimming & Sports At The Aquatic Centre

You'll need all day this April school holidays at the Aquatic Centre at Sydney Olympic Park to enjoy all there is to offer. You can go for a swim, splash about in the water playground, learn to swim or play a water sport.

General Swimming & Water Play

The Aquatic Centre at Sydney Olympic Park is a great place to visit these April school holidays. It's a heated water playground that is great fun for adults and kids alike. Enjoy one of the five spas, the sauna and steam room or splash about in the water play park. Perfect for toddlers, Splashers water playground has child-friendly slides and a gigantic bucket that fills with water and spashes into the pool below. For the more serious swimmers, why not head to the competition or training pools. There's something for everyone.

Swimming Intensive Program (3yrs+)

Swimming is an essential skill for all children. Lessons will help your child become safe and confident in the water. All Instructors are Austswim fully qualified. There are a range of programs to suit each child's swimming needs.

Learn to Swim - Preschool & School Age
These swimming lessons are an excellent alternative for those who cannot attend regular weekly lessons during the term. Kids will receive intensive instructions on all aspects of swimming. They are great for stroke correction or getting your kids to that next level of swimming. Preschool and School age levels include: Frogs, Seahorse, Stingray, Sealion and Seal.

Carnival Prep Clinic
These special 60 minute classes are for swimmers in Seal - Mini Squad / Swim Fit Squads. They are an excellent alternative for those needing assistance with strokes or skills that your child may be having difficulty with, which may be preventing them from moving up a level.

Special Needs
These lessons give those with special needs the opportunity to enjoy aquatic activities. They are a fantastic opportunity to enjoy independent mobility. Lessons focus on water familiarisation, safety and swimming skills.

Private lesson
All abilities of school age kids are catered for in private lessons. The Instructors will assist your kids in achieving their individual goals.

When:     Monday 15 - Thursday 18 April 2019; 30 minute classes between 8am and 9am
Cost:       $184 per child for 1 on 1 OR $144 per child for 2 on 1

Diving Clinic

Kids will diving techniques using the springboard and three-metre platforms in the Utility pool. They will be in a safe environment and under expert supervision. These lessons are suitable for 5-15 years.

When:     17, 18, 23 & 24 April 2019; Varying times between 9am - 12.30pm 
Cost:       9-10am - 5-15yrs - $24. 10-11.30am - 9-15yrs - $30. 11.30am-12.30pm - 5-8yrs - $24 

Water Polo Clinic

Reputable coaches will help your child develop skills such as moving the ball through the water, passing, defending and shooting. A great way to learn a new sport or develop your skills, whilst making new friends. Please note participants must be able to swim 25m independently and unaided.

All Day Holiday Recreational Program

Get in quickly for the Aquatic Centre's legendary All Day Recreation Program. Delivered by our fully qualified Austswim instructors, this fun-filled program is sure to delight this school holidays. Activities include swimming, soccer, NRL clinic and a wide range of fun sporting clinics, this program entertains children from 5-12yrs.
