Enjoy Some Library Magic With Stories In Surprising Places

The Stories In Surprising Places excursions enable kids to engage with intriguing collection items and enjoy the magic of stories at Sydney’s biggest and most iconic library—State Library NSW.

Offering four workshop themes to choose from, each workshop will include exploring selected collection items, fabulous stories and include a fun craft to take home. Designed for 3-5-year-olds, this is the perfect excursion for early learning centres or groups of 10–20 children accompanied by their carers.

The themes include ‘Which Hat’, ‘Puzzling Pieces’, ‘Animals In The Library’ and ‘People, Picnics And Playtime’, each offering a unique focus for little ones to explore the library. 

The minimum group size is 10, and the maximum is 20. The cost is $50 for a group of 10, $75 for a group 11–20.
