As the Autumn leaves turn a red-ish brown and start falling off the trees, Brasserie Bread's school holiday program will grasp the spirit of this season with plenty of delicious, warming delights!
These holidays, your kids will learn how to shape and cut out “Fougasse” which are classic French breads made to look like Autumn leaves, super eye-catching and so delicious! Their bellies will be warmed with Spiced Pear & Almond Cakes, both gluten-free and dairy-free, these moist cakes can be made with a mixture of their favourite festive spices so they can be creative!
When we think Autumn, we think pumpkin - so they'll also be making some crusty rolls coated in yummy pumpkin seeds. They can take everything they make home with them along with a recipe card so you can help them recreate these for months to come.
When you arrive at the Cafè at the Bakery, leave your kids with the trainer and sit yourself down for a relaxed 1 ½ hours with coffee and a meal. Go on, you deserve it!
