Pregnancy Classes at Love Pilates
Love Pilates offers prenatal Pilates reformer and tower classes, and prenatal yoga and barre classes, every day of the week. Classes are capped at 6 people and teachers are pregnancy-trained and experienced in dealing with common pregnancy challenges such as SIJ, carpal tunnel and pubic dysfunction.
Suited to women who are 13 weeks pregnant or more, the benefits of prenatal Pilates, barre and yoga classes include reduced backache, bloating and swelling, increased muscle strength and endurance, and better sleep, It can also help prevent excess weight gain, aid relaxation and boost your mood and energy levels.
Mums & Bubs and Postnatal Classes at Love Pilates
Your wellness journey doesn’t have to stop once your baby arrives - and Love Pilates understands that finding a Mums & Bubs class can be the difference between you being able to exercise or not! With that in mind, they offer a range of weekday postnatal Pilates reformer and tower classes where you can bring your baby with you, with the studio decked out with a set of Baby Bjorn bouncers. There are also weekend and evening mums-only postnatal classes, so you can enjoy some ‘me’ time.
Postnatal Pilates classes are designed to help you rebuild your strength after pregnancy in small classes. The expert-trained teachers work closely with local Women's Health Physiotherapists and have experience dealing with common postnatal issues such as diastasis recti and carpal tunnel syndrome.
