Australia's only national museum of film, video games, digital culture and art - situated at the very heart of Melbourne in Federation Square

Opening Hours:

Open daily, 10am to 5pm (Closed Christmas Day). Extended hours apply depending on scheduled film screenings.

Admission Price:

General entry is free, this includes the Australian Mediatheque, Screen Worlds and exhibitions in Gallery 2. Ticket prices apply to cinema programs, special exhibitions and some other events.

Getting There:

You can catch buses, trams or trains to Federation Square (Flinders Street Station).

Tram numbers 48, 70, 75 and the City Circle tram stop on Flinders Street outside Federation Square. Tram numbers 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 16, 22, 64, 67, 72 stop outside Flinders Street Station.
