Before the terracotta warriors make their journey back to China, the NGV Garden Restaurant will be hosting a Chinese three-course menu on the closing day of the Terracotta Warriors: Guardians of Immortality and Cai Guo-Qiang: The Transient Landscape exhibitions.

Dine on delights such as Oolong tea smoked duck breast with nashi pear, bergamot gel, tatsoi and fried shallot; Masterstock-braised beef cheek with anise carrot puree, sesame bok choy and cashew, and Coconut pandan panna cotta with passionfruit curd, toasted coconut and sesame tuile over your two-hour sitting.
