Step into the boots of the farmers, meet the friendly animals, engage in hands-on farm activities, and participate in a creative workshop to craft a take-home project.

Farmer for a Day at Collingwood Children's Farm

Farmer for a Day at Collingwood Children's Farm is designed for kids aged 8-12 to discover the essentials of animal care and sustainable farming, guided by the knowledgeable educators.

Please note that each school holiday period features a new workshop project, so every visit offers a unique experience!

What to Expect on the Day

Activities vary by season, just like the work of the farmers!

• 9.30 am: Arrival and welcome activities at the farm entry
• 10 am: Farm tour and animal encounters
• 10.45 am: Morning tea (Please bring your own snacks)
• 11.15 am to 1 pm: Farm chores and activities
• 1-2 pm: Lunch break (Please bring your own lunch)
• 2- 3:30 pm: Creative workshop activity.

Please note this is strictly for children ages 8-12.
