The More You Grow: The Tesselaar Tulip Festival Is Back for 2022

In Melbourne's magical Dandenong, the much-loved Tesselaar Tulip Festival returns this Spring to wow with its stunning blooms. 

Across five acres, nearly a million tulips provide a stunning backdrop for families and friends to get together and reconnect with nature's majesty and beauty in a display that's unlike anything else in the country. 

Now in its 67th year, the Tesselaar Tulip Festival is a Victorian heritage destination event that draws over 100,000 people out of Melbourne and into the countryside to see the most spectacular floral display in the country, along with delicious food and drinks and fun for both kids and adults. 

The Festival runs for over four weeks, from 10 September – 9 October, with themed weeks and weekends.

Children 16 and under are free to ensure the Festival is accessible for all to enjoy, especially during the September school holidays.
