Discover the fascinating history of space flight and rocket science, and learn about some of our extraordinary accomplishments in space technology when you visit NASA – A Human Adventure, the largest exhibition ever hosted at the Queensland Museum.

NASA – A Human Adventure is  is a breathtaking journey through the exploration of space by humankind and is the most comprehensive touring space flight exhibition in the world. It features more than 250 historically significant artefacts in an extraordinary collection from the United States and Soviet Union space programs. Scale models, original space flown objects and high fidelity replicas are just some of the objects on display.

Junior astronauts can collect a wrist band and take a fact finding mission through the exhibtion by following the stars. Kids can also find out what astronauts eat and get up close to a space shuttle flight deck including an astronaut loo!

When: 15 March – 9 October,  9.30am – 5pm daily. The box office opens at 9:30am and entry times commence daily at 9:40am, then at 20 minute intervals through to the last entry at 4pm. The exhibition will remain open for exploration until 5pm.


Cost: $21 per adult, $18 per concession, $12 per chil;d(5-15 years), $58.00 per family. Kids under 5 years are FREE. Discounts for annual pass holders.
