If you're into tea in a big way, and you're tired of all the boozy festivals hitting town, we've got a family-friendly solution for you that will please everyone and provide a delightful change of pace.
The Laneway Tea Festival will be taking over Bakery Lane, celebrating all things brewed, seeped and sipped. There will be free tea tastings, tea classes and even tea readings with teas from all over the world. So if you love your chai, green, matcha, herbal, bubble or (gasp) black tea, come along and join the fun. You can even hit the DIY tea bar where you can blend your perfect cuppa.
ellaslist opinion: Entry is free but a $10 VIP ticket will also get you a ceramic tasting cup and a nifty tote for all your tea goodies.
