So when the MOVA X4 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner promised to make light work of my little Pro Hart's haphazard artistry, I was equal parts relieved and sceptical. I have a deep love of my weekends not being spent cleaning, but could one machine really handle the full gamut of everyday family mess? 

Well, a promise is a promise, and this one knew the way to my heart, so I jumped right in to discover first-hand if the high-tech gadget could deliver.

Ditch the Mop! Why the New MOVA X4 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner Is A Dream For Families

Straight out of the box, the Movo X4 Pro made an incredible first impression. It is super sleek and stylish, and came fully kitted out with a spare roller and filter, cleaning fluid, and a cleaning brush, so I knew I wouldn't be hit with any out-of-pocket expenses anytime soon! The instructions to set up and get started with the Movo X4 Pro were surprisingly simple for a machine that looked so state-of-the-art. I guess that is the beauty of this new age of intelligent machines: they do the housework and the brainwork for you! 

Getting To Know The MOVA X4 Pro

The MOVA X4 Pro is incredibly easy to use, lightweight and glides easily across multiple surfaces, around corners and into tight spaces with its nifty swivel design and mini wheels. It maneuvered between hard floors and carpet, gliding seamlessly from surface to surface, sucking up both wet and dry messes with ease. Is the extra step of mopping now a thing of the past? Hallelujah!

With 80°C Hot Water Floor Cleaning, it lifts and dissolves stubborn dirt and sticky spills, and the dual-edge cleaning wheel gets right up against the skirting boards, covering every last millimetre of my floors. There’s even a spot spray button for precision cleaning.

The 180° lie-flat mode means I could get right into tight and hidden spots (hello popcorn under the couch) without pulling a muscle, and the LED-lit brush head illuminated all the pesky hidden debris I had missed with my previous attempts at cleaning. It uncovered all my mystery fluff and missing bobby pins!

Smarter Than Your Average Vacuum

Though it is exceptionally user-friendly, the MOVA X4 Pro is packed with clever, intuitive features, including multiple user modes so you can customise and control how intense you want the clean to be, and the innovative design adjusts the suction power to suit the surface and the degree of dirt.

The extended runtime meant I could tackle the whole house in one fell swoop without racing against a dying battery, and the LED display and voice prompts kept me updated the whole time.

With its time-saving features and high-powered performance, it’s perfect for households with kids and pets when floors get filthy fast. The high heat cleaning keeps things more hygienic and, with the advanced tangle-free system, eliminates clumps of hair clogging up the roller. Praise be. 

The X4 Pro delivers the kind of deep cleaning I crave, especially in winter when windows stay shut, things get stuffy, and we spend more time at home. A thorough floor cleaning makes our home feel so much fresher!

A Few Of My Favourite Things

It's obvious, but one of the best things about the X4 Pro is that it’s an all-in-one device, which means no more dragging out separate gear and spending twice as long cleaning. When you’ve got a family, efficiency is everything, and I love that it saves me time and energy (both in very short supply). I'm also a sucker for powerful suction and the X4 Pro has 20,000Pa of goodness that picks up debris and wet messes in one go, leaving floors virtually dry.

Plus, it resides neatly in a push-in base station that doesn’t require any lifting or flipping. I just wheel it in and it docks itself like magic, ready for our next adventure whenever I need it. The base station also charges the vacuum and runs a self-cleaning cycle, deep-washing the brush to keep it odour-free and fluffy.

Oh, and it's actually fun to use!
