Three theatre performers turned Melbourne mamas are bringing a fresh, interactive new theatre show as the Musical Sprouts to Chapel off Chapel theatre in Prahran this March.
After enjoying successful professional theatre careers, Bridget a’Beckett, Sharni Page and Julia Davis became mothers and began looking for a new way to express themselves creatively within their new lives. This unique collaboration came from a common belief amongst these women that a love of music can shape a life, no matter how little or big!
Their show entitled ‘A Day in the Life of You’ a 45-minute performance that has been written specifically for children aged 2 – 6 years. It addresses the daily challenges of growing up, like learning to brush teeth, get dressed, clean up and go to the toilet and features original songs, live instruments, dancing and lots of audience participation!
