Massive New Pavilion and Public Domain Coming to Western Sydney❜s Mount Druitt Community

Get ready for an exciting new addition to the Mount Druitt community! 

Construction has begun on a vibrant new pavilion and public domain that promises to bring much-needed community infrastructure to the area. 

This new development, designed by the esteemed architects at Chrofi and JMD Design, is set to be the first of many neighbourhood spaces for the Mount Druitt and Blacktown area, providing a brand-new hub for families to enjoy.

Permanent Stage, Huge Playground, Ping Pong and More!

The existing Mount Druitt town centre was the first entirely new town centre built in New South Wales in the 1970s. However, over the years, it has suffered from a lack of amenities, poor infrastructure and a negative reputation represented in the media. But that's all about to change! The new Mount Druitt Pavilion and Public Domain is set to be a game-changer for the community.

The new Mount Druitt Pavilion and Public Domain is set to feature a bunch of awesome amenities for families, including a playground, ping pong table, and a permanent stage for public events.

But let's be honest, it's the playground that has us the most excited because, as all parents know, you can never have too many playgrounds in your neighbour to help save your sanity. 

Designed with kids in mind, the playground will feature a range of fun and engaging activities that are sure to keep children entertained for hours on end.
 

 

And let's not forget about the unique design. The pavilion will feature a funky shade canopy and colourful patterns that reference the works of Garage Graphix Community Art Inc. It's going to be a total standout and a true point of pride for the community.

This project is set to bring a much-needed boost to the Mount Druitt town centre, and we can't wait to see it all come together.
