Sky Zone in Sydney’s Alexandria isn’t just any indoor trampoline park. It is hundreds of trampolines, connected to form a single massive trampoline that literally allows you to jump off the walls. It’s the freedom of flight. It’s exhilaration. It’s accidental exercise. Flukey fitness. Sneaky sweat. It’s doing the stuff we’re meant to do to stay healthy and active… without the boring bit. It’s the tummy-achingly, tear-jerkingly, uninhibited squeal of hysterical laughter. It’s pure, undiluted happiness. It’s so much more than a huge room filled floor to ceiling with trampolines.

There are a heap of activities to get all ages active and jumping! From Toddlers to Mum’s Fitness and everyone in between, it’s the place to lose control.

Little Leapers (under 4’s) Monday – Friday $10 per hour.

Sky Zone is a big place and we get that little ones still coming to terms with gravity can get overwhelmed by the fumble and tumble of jumping among the masses.

That’s why we’re opening up special sessions for all those pocket-sized pouncers and their parents. After all, why should your little leaper miss out on all the fun?

For just $10 each per hour, you and your child (under 4) can come along to Sky Zone and experience all the anti-gravity fun of a regular session in a safe and relaxed environment.

We’re not too worried about a minimum age limit – every tiny human learns to leap at their own rate – so, as long as they can walk, they can jump.

skyfit

Why jog when you can bounce?  Get fit with skyfit! Check out the trampoline group fitness programmes starting at $15 per class. skyfit classes include cardio, cardio lite, tightbum, xjump, suspend and  core-fit. For a full breakdown of all classes click here.

Birthday Parties

There’s two great Birthday Packages available, including a Healthy Option that will keep everyone happy, starting at $34 per head (minimum of 10)

You can’t jump on an empty stomach and you can’t jump well when you’re full of junk.  At the Altitude Canteen there’s a menu full of delicious, healthy and filling food that we think you’ll like.

Little ones still coming to terms with gravity can get overwhelmed by the fumble and tumble of jumping, so outside of Little Leapers you must be at least 3-years-old to jump. It’s advisable to Book Ahead as fun sells out fast particularly in peak times such as school holidays and weekends. Jump spaces fill up very quickly, sometimes within minutes. Only a certain amount of jumpers are allowed per hour so we recommend booking online as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Click here to Book Ahead.
