The Virtual Dance Class: Beyoncé

Calling all Beyonce fans. It's time to unlock your inner Sasha Fierce and strut through your living room like you own it. Well, you do. But you know what we mean. 

This is the ultimate dance class, led by one of Bey's choreographers, who will teach you some seriously killer dance moves from her hit songs from the 00s all the way to now. 

And it's not just a great workout but a fantastic way to feel empowered during lockdown 2.0.

This workshop will run for an hour from 11am on Setemer 11 and is suitable for all fitness levels and for all ages, so grab the kids for a mid-day living room dance party.
