Enjoy free entry to 2 days of decadent desserts from Sydney’s top chocolatiers, pastry chefs and ice creameries…a child’s dream come true.
This year you can meet Gigi from Zumbo’s Just Desserts, have fun at the interactive Just Desserts own designated stand, watch live cooking demos at the Callebaut test kitchen, have at cider at the Bilpin Cider garden or indulge at the Lindt Lounge.
Returning partners Callebeut and Kneel Kitchens will again host the text kitchen featuring live demonstrations from some of Sydney’s best dessert chefs, including leading patissier and owner of Black Start Pastry, Christopher Thè, Carlos Heng of Mak Mak Macarons and French patissier, Jean Michel Raynaud from La Renaissance Patisserie.
Located inside the Cargo Hall of the Overseas Passenger Terminal, the Chocolatiers’ Quarters will house artisan chocolatiers showcasing their finest products.
Come prepared to surrender to your sweet tooth.
