Summer Kids Club is an incredible week of fun, friends and adventure for K-6 kids right in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs. Kids Club is proudly hosted by St Luke’s Clovelly and is our tenth kids club in a row. From January 18-22 2016, kids will enjoy a program full of workshops, food and exploring what the Bible says about Jesus. The program is divided into two age groups: Kindergarten to Year 2 and Year 3 to Year 6.
Kids in the first category will enjoy an awesome range of activities. From craft and games that encourage them to learn and grow, to physical games and arts that channel that creative energy. There’s fresh fruit for morning tea, and the kids finish with lunch before pickup at 1pm. All camp leaders are fully trained and approved to work with children.
Kids in Year 3-6 will jump-in on adventurous all-in wilderness workshops. On different days during the week kids will learn some new survival skills, wilderness science, nature sculpture, wilderness cooking and more! The workshops create an environment for kids to have fun and foster friendships, while learning lots, all in a supportive Christian setting. Morning tea and a great lunch will be provided.
Kids club will not be camping out overnight. All the wilderness fun will happen during the 9am-1pm time slot and kids will sleep (probably very well) in their beds at home.
Cost: The standard cost is $95 a Child or $170 for the Family. This includes the full 5 days plus all morning teas, lunches and materials.
When: 18-22 January 2016, 9am-1pm
Where: St Luke’s Church & hall, Arden & Varna St, Clovelly
