Parramatta City Council invites you to the FREE opening of the Philip Ruddock Water Playground on Sunday, November 29th from 10am-2pm.
This water park is the third of its kind to be introduced by the council over the last 2 years, the others located at Granville Park, Merrylands and James Ruse Reserve.
The park and opening will be held at Dundas Park (Curtis Oval), Parramatta.
With a lineup of fun and free activities including a BBQ, jumping castle, petting zoo, bubble artists and face painting, bring the kids along to the opening of what is sure to be a smash-hit this summer.
The new park will integrate water features into standard playground equipment with nearby BBQ and picnic shelters, meaning the whole family can spend whole days here getting relief from the summer sun.
The opening coincides with the launch of Parramatta Council’s “Cool Parramatta” campaign, an initiative to raise awareness and make changes for the people of Parramatta suffering in the extreme heat of Summer.
