Startime Studios are looking for a Program Coordinator to work 28 hours per week in school hours.

They are looking for a responsible Program Coordinator for a growing performing arts studio, who will administer, coordinate and organise all our Term workshops in cooperation with, and under the direction of, the Program Director. This position will also require you to assist the Holiday Coordinator in additional tasks, aiming to manage a streamlined process and high quality execution of all our Term and Holiday workshops.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating activities, resources, equipment and course information.
- Liaising with venues to identify and define the workshop requirements
- Liaise with StarTime Coaches regarding availability and Term & Holiday workshop objectives
- Making sure customers’ needs are met at our Term workshops
- Help maintain an up-to-date teacher timetable for all StarTime workshops.
- Assist in preparing financial projections for Term and Holiday workshops by updating appropriate spreadsheets
- Monitor and track the progress of Term workshops and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact for StarTime Coaches and all Term and Holiday customer enquiries
- Issue all appropriate contracts to StarTime Coaches and Venues
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Assist in the creating and maintaining comprehensive workshop documentation, processes and procedures
- Looks after complaints handling for both Term & Holiday workshops
- Writing up marketing material for Term & Holidays

- Experience in project management or co-ordinating events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Google Drive, CRM software
- Proficient using a MAC operating system
- Car preferred
- Experience in project management or co-ordinating events
