There is so much happening at the Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden these school holidays.

The Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden is an awesome place for Sydney kids to spend their July 2017 school holidays!

School holidays are upon us! This winter we’re featuring events from the Guringai Festival as well as a packed program of activities – old favourites as well as fantastic new ones developed by our rangers. Cast some Possum Magic, get up close with reptiles in Animalia, or explore hidden secrets in Best of the Wildflower Garden. The program includes:

Winter Activity Trail (3-8yrs): *NEW!* This special self-guided adventure for families and friends will be running throughout the school holidays. Collect your Activity Pack from the Visitor Centre, then follow the trail and complete the activities and challenges along the way. You can start the trail anytime between 10am and 3pm, and it should take 1.5-2 hours to complete. A step-free route is available for groups with strollers or wheelchairs.

When:  Saturday 1 July to Monday 17 July

Cost:    $13 per participant, accompanying adults free. No booking required, just turn up

Animalia (6-12yrs): A whole day in the bush to spend with animals – searching for clues that will help us find creatures out in the wild, and close encounters with some of our favourite reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Sharpen your nature detective skills and learn loads of animal facts!
