Hurstville City Council will welcome in the Year of the Sheep with a spectacular Street Festival with non-stop entertainment, food and market stalls and traditional lion dances on Saturday 14 February 2015 along Forest Road, Hurstville.
The kids will love the Kids’ Corner, located in the Palm Court Car Park, will feature barnyard animals, face painting, balloon animals, rides and a host of other activities.

11:00 am Traditional Lion Dance and Official Opening, Mayor of Hurstville, Councillor Con Hindi
11:35 am Traditional Eye Dotting Ceremony and Lion Dance, Performed by the Australian Yau Kung Mun Dragon and Lion Dancing Group
12:05 pm Forest Road Street Parade
12:40 pm Martial Arts Demonstration, Performed by The Integrated Combat Centre
1:00 pm Musical, Dance and Vocal Performances, Performed by Ocean Dream Artistic Group and St George Chorus
2:10 pm Dance Performance, Performed by St George Academy of Performing Arts
2:20 pm Fashion Parade, Performed by Cambridge Talent College
2:55 pm Lucky Draw winners announced (winners must be in attendance to claim prizes and must provide valid photo identification)
3:05 pm Chinese and Western Pop Vocal Performance, Performed by TVBA International Chinese New Talent Singing Championship (Sydney Region) finalists
3:40 pm Traditional Dragon Dance, Performed by the Australian Yau Kung Mun Dragon and Lion Dancing Group
