Bilpin Fruit Bowl is a fruit picking and nature haven.
Whilst the grounds are gorgeous to explore and the on-site store is lovely to browse, Bilpin is famous for its fruit picking during harvest times.
Starting from November 27 on weekends and public holidays from 10-4pm, the farm will open its arms to children, families, and anyone wanting an amazing fruit picking experience of hand selecting sweet natural treats.
ellaslist loves how fruit picking at Bilpin gets children excited about food, and in particular, fresh, healthy, locally sourced produce. Bilpin makes for the perfect day, walking around in the warm sunshine and trying fruit at its ripest and most edible.
You only pick what you want to pay for, so you can do as much or as little picking as you like. Current fruit and veg available for picking includes yellow flesh peaches, yellow squash, basil, spinach, purple cabbage, chinese cabbage, chicory, savoy cabbage and elephant garlic.
