With tastings and demonstrations by Urban Beekeeper Kelley Whitaker from Castlecrag Honey; ricotta making and sublime hand crafted cheeses by Leaning Oak Farm from Mudgee. Sharing tips for spicing up your home cooking style using fruits of the rainforest with Taste of the bush and sweets adorned with wildflowers and Spring blooms by Sweet Petite and much more.
