Fit n Fun is excited to introduce Kids’ Gymnastics and Kids’ Yoga for the January School Holidays.
Both FREE classes are on Friday, Jan. 23rd (10 kids per class): BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL!
KIDS GYMNASTICS - 11-11.40am
This is a fun, safe and friendly 40–minute class held at The Studio for kids of all abilities. Kids learn about gymnastics basics by participating in structured classes with games and music while using basic gymnastics equipment. The goal is to teach kids coordination, balance, motor skills, flexibility and strength, while helping with physical and emotional development. Each class is different and we try to make it feel like a game rather than tasks. You can be sure that your kid will have fun, burn off some energy and will learn new skills.
KIDS YOGA – 10-10.40am
A 40-minute class held at The Studio where kids learn about yoga the best way possible – by practicing all the fun parts. They will get to bend, stretch, balance, breathe, twist and turn upside down. The class uses simple breathing techniques that can either calm children down or increase their energy levels when they are feeling tired. It will also teach them all of their body parts and children get to challenge themselves by seeing how long they can lie still or balance like a strong and powerful tree.

No need to bring anything but bookings are essential as classes are limited to 10 children.
