Explore the nightlife of Centennial Park and see the bats on 1 April at 6pm.
This year Centennial Park is helping to celebrate the Australasian Bat Society’s Bat Night with its very own Family Bat Night. Come along for a fun, family bat hunt using bat detectors, night vision glasses and binoculars to spot many of our beautiful bats including Grey Headed Flying Foxes, Bentwing and Gould’s Wattled bats. Join our Education Officers, bat experts and participants of Centennial Park’s For Our Flying Friends bat conservation project for a light dinner, a guided night walk and some informative talks.
Where: The Learning Centre in the Education Precinct, off Dickens Drive, Centennial Park
When: 1 April 2016, 6pm – 8.30pm
