TMO’s Cushion Concert series returns to Balmain Town Hall on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th of March!

Presented by acclaimed actor Tyran Parke and conducted by TMO Chief Conductor Sarah-Grace Williams, this engaging concert features exhilarating music to showcase each instrument of the orchestra and encourage young audiences to get up close and personal with the musicians in a fun, interactive and kid-friendly environment! Featuring original music created specifically for this performance by Australian Composer Sean O’Boyle AM, bring your cushions and rugs to either a morning or early afternoon session.

The Metropolitan Orchestra’s Family Cushion Concert series will surely have the whole family up and singing and dancing along. Children can see, hear and engage with the music and the musicians in these shorter (no interval) concerts.

Sure to inspire young audiences to start a musical journey of a lifetime.
