Pack your picnic rug and celebrate Parramatta’s birthday at the family-friendly Parramatta Day on 29 October.

There will be live music, the PARRAVISION talent comp, a delicious array of food at the Farmers Market, live music acts, local community stalls and plenty of free activities, tours and workshops for kids and adults alike!

Take a guided tour of Experiment Farm or Hambledon Cottage, enjoy a variety of workshops including Indian dancing, up-cycling, Indigenous weaving, tool-making and food tasting, windmill making, umbrella painting and more! Meet some Australian wildlife or read along with story-time sessions.

On the main stage, hosted by Robert Neil, enjoy music from blues, roots and soul singer Evie J, folk-inspired pop-rock from indie band Tenderfoot and modern pop from X-Factor star and rising singer-songwriter Trent Bell.

From 6.30pm get ready to cheer on some of the best talent from Parramatta and surrounds at the second-annual PARRAVISION talent competition with MC Darren Percival, followed by a fireworks finale from the main stage.
