Calmsley Hill City Farm - Take A Trip To The Farm This Winter Holidays

Looking for a great day out to take the kids this winter? Then you should head to Calmsley Hill City Farm and spend a day with the farmyard animals, including some of the cutest babies.

Meet the amazing range of native and farmyard animals up close and learn all about them. There is so much to do at Calmsley Hill City Farm. You can try your hand at cracking a stock whip, look at the cute baby animals or take a rocky ride on a tractor. 

Bring your own picnic lunch, or use our free electric BBQ’s to cook your own lunch while you enjoy our beautiful grounds. Take-away food can be purchased at the Farm House Cafe.

Plan your day ahead as there is so much to see and do, daily shows and entertainment for big and little people (on busy days they are doing extra shows to help spread the crowds):

• Tractor Ride, 11:30 am | 2:30 pm
• FREE time for lunch - Free electric BBQ’s are available or enjoy something from the Farmhouse Kiosk
• Stock Whip Show, 12:30 pm
• Working Dog Show, 1.00pm
• Sheep Shearing Show, 1.30pm
• Koala Talk and Exhibition, 2.00pm

Calmsley Hill City Farm is an interactive farm, close to the heart of Sydney just off the M7 at Elizabeth Drive. Parking is excellent and there is wheelchair and pram access throughout the farm and facilities for people with special needs.

 

If you don't think a whole day is enough, you can spend the night and camp out in the paddock. You'll have full view of the grazing Kangaroos, Wallabies and Emus, and you'll even get to explore the farm’s paddocks with their friendly farmers as the sun sets. Spending the night at the farm will be something the kids remember for a lifetime.
