Mini Mask making workshop (5-12yrs)
Join the fun and make your own mini mud mask from modelling clay to take home.
When: 24 – 30 September 2016 10.30 am – 3.30pm
Cost: $5 per child, no pre-booking required
Asaro Mud Mask making demonstration (all ages)
Inhabitants of the Komunive village in Papua New Guinea are renowned for their fearsome clay headdresses (known as Holosa) and dramatic ritualised dance performances. Watch the visiting clay mask makers work and chat with them about their art.
When: 25-30 September 2016, 10.15am performance, 10.30am & 1.30pm demonstrations
Cost: Free for kids. General admission applies for adults.
