Kids Yoga: Where To Stretch It Out In Sydney
The benefits of yoga for kids is basically a never-ending list. After all, how can such a calm, mindful and peaceful practice be anything but beneficial for our little ones? Yoga for kids helps with physical development such as balance, muscle tone, core strength, posture and mobility, as well as nurturing mental health through creating a positive body image, calming the nervous system and allowing children to take part in physical activity in a non-competitive environment.
Sydney is home to some great yoga studios that cater to little yogis as well as adults. Here are the top 5 spots for kids yoga in Sydney.
