With stage one of the COVID-19 recovery plan in full effect, we can now set our sights on the next round of eased restrictions.

It has been confirmed that Sydneysiders will be able to visit Palace Cinemas on July 2, but other cinema chains are likely to open mid-July.

In Melbourne some cinemas will open as early as June 22 while others have their sights on July 2. Under new legislation, only 50 people will be allowed per cinema, no matter how large the cinema.

With a bunch of early 2020 releases suspended due to the pandemic, there will be loads of movies hitting the big screen for us to look forward to.
