With a special interest in pre and post natal exercise, VitalSelf will adjust your fitness programme as your body changes through and beyond your pregnancy.
Mums & Bubs Fitness Classes: join a VitalSelf organised group or get your Mother’s Group together for some fun & fitness with your baby. VitalSelf will gradually re-build your fitness, being mindful of the changes to your body due to pregnancy and childbirth.
General Training: for mums who prefer to train without their bubs, VitalSelf offers a range of fitness options. We cater for all fitness levels, and ensure you have structure and variety in your training so you continue to perform at your best.
VitalSelf personal trainers are fully qualified, have their First Aid Certificate, are insured and registered with Fitness Australia, and have a passion for fitness.
