Bilpin Fruit Bowl is a nature and fruit picking haven. The Bilpin Fruit Bowl has undercover seating for 250 people, ample off-road parking, picnic grounds, a children’s playground, bathrooms and 10,000 fruit trees.

Their on-site shop sells local honey, homemade jams, souvenirs, and baked pies, slices and cakes made from fruit straight from the orchard, open 7 days a week.

Famous for their apple and peach picking during harvest times (usually late November until the end of May), this is the perfect little stop for a fruit break and a beautiful walk around lush green grounds. Children delight in hand selecting their very own sweet treats, and ellaslist thinks fruit picking is a fabulous (and delicious) way to get your children excited about food, in particular, healthy, locally sourced food.

Entry is a mere $5 and children under 3 are free. If you’re fruit picking, only pick what you’re prepared to pay for!

Opening Times:

– The farm is open from November to May on weekends and public holidays between the hours of 10am and 4pm
– The shop is open 7 days a week 10am to 4pm. Closed on Christmas Day.

Bilpin Fruit Bowl is located at 2093 Bells Line of Road, Bilpin NSW which is exactly 20.93 km from the Hawkesbury River Bridge at North Richmond. To find them you should follow Route 40 from Richmond.
