Ladybug Music offers Music Classes for Babies, Toddlers and Pre-Schoolers in the Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney. Classes are held in Mosman, Balgowlah and Neutral Bay.
They offer funky, soulful & eclectic family music in a warm environment that encourages participation and silliness. Their award-winning parent-and-me classes inspire little ones to express themselves and discover their creativity using their bodies and voices, linking their joy and excitement for music with a connection to their parents and caregivers. Young children are immersed in a diverse range of rich, complex music, combined with simple melodies and great rhythms. An eclectic mixture of music from Reggaeton jams to Appalachian lullabies, Surf punk ditties to Brazilian beats, each CD and class introduces your child to pitch, tempo, melody and rhythm (through singing, instruments, dance and more.)

I just wanted to share how wonderful it was attending a Ladybug Music class in Sydney with Clare as our teacher. My 2 1/2 year old and I were in town for a few months while my husband worked and I was so concerned about being in a strange city where I didn't know anyone with a toddler in tow. We had taken a Ladybug Music class with Clare when she lived in LA and thought this would be a perfect place for my daughter to be surrounded with something familiar in an unfamiliar place. My little girl looked forward to class every week and always had a blast. And when we weren't there, she insisted on playing the music and pretending she was Clare... doing "vocal swoops," "playing with sticks," and of course pretending she was playing the guitar. Thank you Ladybug Music for making us feel like family.

I'm a dad and I find a lot of "kid's stuff" mind numbing and monotonous. I can honestly say that Ladybug Music Sydney is dynamic and entertaining for my kids and me! The free CD, that comes with taking the class, gets a lot of play around my house and car, but the songs are so good that I actually don't mind! Really.
