Body Beyond Baby specialises in post-natal and group fitness training for mums in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and now the inner west, with nannies to look after your baby while you exercise, helping you gain a fun, safe, challenging workout without the hassle of finding childcare.
What sets Body Beyond Baby apart is that it was designed by a mum, all of our trainers are mums, and we only work with mums. We have worked with 100′s of mums to help them discover THEIR version of THEIR best ever body both inside and out.
There are three parts to the program designed by Jen Dugard, renowned mummy trainer and author of the book ‘How to Love your Body as much as your Baby’: Jen and her team will take you through your pregnancy, into your postnatal period and way beyond that. They will guide and look after you on your journey.
Pregnant mums – start with your Body Before Baby class – with a core, posture and strength focus this is your prenatal exercise program which maintains strength and lays great foundations.
After giving birth – and once you are ready to return to exercise with your bub – you can join our Body Beyond Baby training sessions which are a great way to begin training with your little one. With onsite nannies you get a little time out without the hassle of having to find a babysitter.
Mums of older children – or those who have already been exercising regularly – can check out the new Tough Mum Team where your training is really pushed to the next level and you train for an action packed schedule of obstacle races and team events.
